The NEHS Constitution and NEHS Handbook are the national governing documents for every chapter. Each chapter develops its own set of local bylaws which expand on policies and procedures unique to the local chapter.
The NEHS National Constitution is approved by the National Principals Association Board of Directors and is effective as of July 1, 2026.
